CSV file from Exch 5.5 to Exch 2000

Can I import into Exchange 2000 a cvs-file that comes from Exchange 5.5 in order to recreate the old mailboxes on the new Exchange 2000 server ?

Exmerge is used to import/export mailbox data, not accounts. Because Exchange 2000/3 accounts come from AD, I kind of doubt you could do that. You might want to check at http://msexchange.org. The question may have been asked and definitively answered there.
