Creative inspire 5.1 5200 speakers

I have the Creative Labs inspire 5.1 5200 series speakers. and i have the creative labs 5.1 sound card. When i play any music mp3 video etc files only 4 out of the 5 speakers + sub i can hear anything com out of but the 5 on nothing except when computer first starts up then i can hear all of them working they also work when i run the test program that comes with the sound card drivers.
