I would like to create a domain, but I don't know how. Can somone please briefly tell me or give me a link to a good website that would show me how to do this. Your help is greatly appreciated.

it is part of the win2k server install process, basically you type in the name when it asks for it

Mario, Sid's a bit off. It was may more intracate than that. You would generally start by installing Windows Server, this gets installed as a stand alone server by default.
