CPU/Ram: P111450mhz/256mb

Recently my o/s is too slow and takes too much time to display application proglem. so i checked cpu usage by system info and show 100percent usage . i guess that's why my system is too slow. would anybody help me. thanks

Try running a spyware program like Adaware6 or Spybot search & destroy. See what processes are running in the background. Anything starting with CWS or coolweb is trouble.
