I can't figure out what is pinning my CPU. It is preventing Outlook from working and everything else is sllllooooowwwwww. Printing is disrupted as well.
Norton says no viruses but i see a suspect process called CCPXYSVC.exe that consumed 85MB of RAM. I have disabled everything I can but still the CPU is at 100%.
A process called SAgentNT.exe has 98% but I think this is a Norton process.

Thanks. I discovered what it is...Epson installs this program and once I removed the Epson printer, all was well...sort of. Now I have to reinstall the printer.
I think it's the status monitor program. For some reason this is a bear to delete and reinstall - when once it worked well for 5 PCs, now it doesn't work for any.
