We are using compaq evo d310 usdt, this little box looks beatiful and only connected through usb keyboard/mouse. I like it. But now I want put this little box in a corner/rack to run some netowrking stuff, and i don't want to connect keyboard / monitor / mouse. I remote control from network and power supply control unit. Things frustrated me are that this computer boot and then wait for keyboard / mouse or press F1. How can I do with it? checked all its bios, nowhere to disable POST F1, or skip kb/mice. Called CPQ, they said no way. -really? Any guy got any experience and idea. I believe the basic design purpose for usb only computers is that you can boot 1st then connect kb /mice in any usb port and they should all work. But it is not with cpq evo usdt. I started to hate it.

Is this everytime you boot? Normally only the first time you will have to save settings and the second time you boot it will just boot normally. I got cpq here also and its never a problem only the first time you will have to save settings

no, it is not the saving problem. nothing changed (for example hdd, memory.etc). What I want is to unplug kb /mouse, and power on to boot. The computer start and stop before going to harddisk & os, saying could not find kb.mouse, press F1 continue. But I don't have kb connected, how /what to do? the only way i could think is disable this prompt from bios, just as you do it with normal pc. I tried with this evo d310 usdt, no way. so anybody has any other idea? I want to leave this box on network connection / remote control /power off/on, and no kb/mouse connected physically.
