Hi,

is this a standalone Machine or workstation in a Domain ??

You should log on as administrator and delete the User-Profile and re-add this User. Seems to be a corrupted ID in the SAM.

Hi,

do you logon as the administrator ?

If so, then make a copy of the administrator-Account and see, if you have the same Problems.

If not then create a new User with same properties

I think twin is right. logon as admin and create a new account with admin properties. Logon with this new account. What happens?
