Copy XP to DVD with Programs

Hi Guys. I am trying to help out a friend who wants to burn a dvd that would install xp then the other programs on the dvd. He said he read about it, but cant rember where. And my Dos is long gone. If any one knows how to do this, I would be very Greatful if you could tell me how it is done. Have a nice day All.

You'll need an imaging program like Ghost, Drive Image, etc.

Hi Jennifer. What he wants to do is copy the programs onto a DVD and have them install themselves, not just make a copy to transfer onto another Drive. He said it can be done, although I have never heard of it, or read about it. Thanks anyway Jennifer. Have a real nice day.

Does he actually want to run the software from the DVD? I guess I'm confused, because if I understand this correctly, what he wants to do isn't possible.

make Image of winxp through Nero 7 or new verson and burn that image in dvd by keeping DVD instead of VCD..
