Hi

I have a PC with win2000 and outlook 2002 with MS office XP.

On my calendar folder list for some reason (I do not know why), the are two sub-calendar folders. If I click on main calender folder, I will get a blank calendar. If I click the sub-calanders I can get my appointments details.

The problem is I can not move (or copy) the sub-folders calender into main calendar folder.

My questions are:

1. Why on my outlook's folder list the sub-calendar folders are appeared? (should only 1 calendar folder). By the way, I imported the sub-calendar from a copy on a CD rom.

2. Why I can not copy the sub-calendar into main calendar folder? and if can, How?

3. The reason I must need the calendar and my appointments appeared in main calendar is, I need move this calendar files into my handhold PC. The palm PC, can auto detecte and connect to my main PC's outlook main folder. If my main outlook folder is blank, it will send the blank folder to my palm PC and overwrite all outlook files in the palm PC.

Thanks
