Scott, look into the ADMT and Clone Principal tools offered by Microsoft to help you out on this one. To be honest they both are pretty much lacking for large user migrating (1000+). NetIQ, Aelita, and Bindview have some really nice bullproof tools out there so that's your next stop. Is a rumor from MS that NETIQ is offering tool for free pretty soon... Hope it helps
