CPU/Ram: Dell Inspiron 8000

I have recently downloaded Netscape 7.2, I had blocked all cookies, and now I can't use my .Net passport to check my Hotmail account. Even though I have turned my cookies back on, it still doesn't recognize my password from any computer.

IE Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Edit> type in

hotmail.com
msn.com
passport.com
passport.net

and Allow All Cookies for each in turn
