The error message means that two computers are set to the same IP address. And IP address must be unique to each computer (or any device) on the network. The error is saying the two devices, computer, printer, router, have the same IP address. When this is detected, the second device to try to use the address will be disabled.
As wanderer said, it is certainly worth a reboot to see if the problem goes away. DHCP should know better than to hand out the same address twice and will generally check to see if an address is in use even if it didn't hand it out originally.
If the error returns, you'll have to track down the device that is causing the conflict and change it's address.
