Comment: when I log on to windows, it says there is a configuration problem, click ok to start the instalation wizard. when I do this, it searches for new hardware and finds something called like se4 or something. when it finishes doing this and then downloades it, it says for this to take affect, windows must be restarted. when I restart it, it freezes at the curser before it logs off windows completely. If I go to cancel at the instalation wizard option, it goes to my settings menu, then to the color options, my computer is set to 16 colors and when I change it, it tells me to restart the computer, even if I go to advanced and say I want to do the changes without restarting, then it freezes up again at the curser before finishing leaving windows.

Reply: (edit)There is either a IRQ conflect between you Video card and antoher device or the Video card is not supported by windows2000. For the IRQ conflect in you bios settings disable you usb,com1, and com2 ports, this will free up three irqs for windows to use as it wishes. Please let me know how it works out.
