Yesterday I recieved my new computer, after getting to know it for most of the day I went onto a game, the computer crashed several times but I went back to it, the last time i crashed I was unable to load windows :(, the computer loads, then a screen appearsasked me to select which wa I woould like to start windows, if I select start windows normaly th computer loads the loading screen but the blue bar does not appear to show its loading, I've waited some time and it doesnt seem to be doing much, when i tried to load it in safe mode it freezes when it gets to "C:\Windows\system32\drivers\mup.sys", Whats going on :( - the computer is pretty hi-spec, probably too fast for thr game thats why it crashed, all that was supplied with the system was all the driver disks and a windows disk.
THANKS YOU for any help.

I wouldn't waste troubleshooting a brand new computer. It's just not worth the aggrevation.
Return it, and obtain a replacement.
Life is more painless for those who are brainless.

I think the system was only covered for the hardware, would be a little expensive to send it back, the problem can't be that big a deal can it? :S
