This computer will not boot normally. When I reset is yesterday, it started normally and got all the way to loading settings before starting windows. Then, it restarted again. It's done this three or four times in a row. I am currently running in Safe Mode with networking. I could enable dual boot, and try and load from secondary master D. That is also win 2000.

Have you tried "Last Known Good Configuration?"
Or, you may just need to do a Repair of the OS.
If that doesn't work, then it's a hardware problem.

I have tried last known configuration, it did not work. I also noticed that it was set to auto re-boot, thats what the problem was. I have decided to not try to fix it. It works perfectly in Safe Mode and the Slave does boot normally. One question, How can I make it so that it only boots to the slave? Iknow all I have to do is delete one or two lines in boot.ini, but which ones?
