Computer restarting and failing

My computer has in the last few days automatically restarted itself a bunch of times for no apparent reason. There was never a problem so I did not care but now it has been difficult to make it work . It freezes once it restarts

Have you checked the Event Logs? Can you boot to Last Known Good Configuration?

Perhaps you have a virus. Try booting in safe mode and running a virus scanner.
