My computer sometimes restarts itself automatically for no reason, immediately after signing in. Any ideas why?

You could have the Sasser virus. Are you running an up-to-date anti-virus program? If not, you should seriously consider that. Also, go to Microsoft's website and download and install the Sasser removal tool and the patch to remove the exploit.

Check system event log and look for record id 1001. If there have no record id 1001, this is a hardware problem (faulty ram or PSU)
