Bug Check 0x24: http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/ddtools/hh/ddtools/bccodes_12uf.asp

Run chkdsk /r to verify that the disk has no errors from a command line. May also want to reinstall or upgrade (upgrade preferred) your SCSI or IDE controller drivers.

Hopefully you've installed the recovery console as a part of your installation..

Also try disabling automatically reboot. To do that right click on my computer, click on the advanced tab, startup and recovery, and uncheck "automatically reboot".
