Product: Acer Aspire as5536-5883 laptop computer - amd athlon 64 x2 ql-64 2.1ghz 3gb ddr2 320gb hdd dvdrw 15.

When I turn on the computer it just shows the windows screen and won't load and show the desktop. Then comes up with error code 0210: Stuck key. Can anyone help me with this.
