Have you tried starting Windows in safe mode? If not then give that a go and remove your graphics card from Device Manager (Right Click on My Computer, click on Properties. Go to the Hardware tab and click on Device Manager. Right click on your display adapter and choose uninstall), then restart the PC.
If it starts up in Normal Windows then i'd say it'd be best to look for the latest driver from the manufacurers website.

Thanks, Chris! I was able to start it in safe mode last night - so it shouldn't be a problem. I also take home the latest driver. Hope that works. Thanks
