I have a wierd problem where a computer crashes sometimes when you print. Once it has crashed you get no errors, the program just hangs then brings up the end program box. Once you have gad a crash when you go into printers there are no printers installed, it just has the add wizard. I have checked the virus scanner and also installed SP3 just in case. The user also said that it started to hang when they go into my computer so I have run the utility in the BIOS to see if the HDD has any problems.
If anyone has some more ideas for me before wiping the computer and starting again I would be grateful.

Regards

Peter
