Computer does not boot up

OS: Windows XP
CPU/Ram: Intel PII 256 RAM

I have installed 4 Port USB Hub 2.0 into one of the existing USB 1.1 ports & connected 2 devices. The device manager does not show any erorrs but the computer does not Boot up at all once shut down. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated

This is confusing because you say you cannot boot up, yet you also say Device Manager does not show any errors.

In order to access Device Manager, you'd have to be booting into Windows.

Is there something you left out that you didn't explain in your post that may help us to understand your problem fully?
