I got a strange problem. When some command line programs run like a compiler(VC++ 6's for instance) instead of run doing it in the background a command window pops up that is blank and when the program is done it disappears. It's really annoying, if anyone has any clue how to fix it or what might be causing it I would be very greatful. Thanks.

I wrote alittle program just to test something and it keeps defaulting to full screen command line window when it shouldn't... Hope that info might help a bit.

Have you opened the command window manually and changed the screen view?
