Dear Sirs I have a problem with Win2000 in connection with the command prompt. If I type e.g. ping or ipconfig or net use, or net view i always get a message back that the system can not execute this comand. I upgrade Win200 with SP2 but nothing helps the situation is as same as before. Is there someone who can give me a solution??

Yes it is possible to get the Dos Window when I type CMD but If I want to to execute commands e.g. the ping command or the net use command anyway I get the message that I write it wrong or the command is unknown.
