Hi,

This is really bugging me know. We have an old Packard Bell with onboard ATI graphix. Its got a new install of W2K, SP4. BUT in the display options we only have 16 colour. I've tried all the drivers, we even called P.Bell at £.50 a minute and they could only suggest drivers also. in device manager I have error code 10, the devise could not start.

I've dug around in the bios and everything looks fine. IRQ enabled etc.

Any one any ideas?

you need the drivers for the card, or get a new card supported by win2k.
