I know what's the problem, To solve this problem you will need to go to your registry. Follow the next steps:
Run>>type: regedit>>open H_Key_Local Machine>>software>>microsoft>>Windows>>Current User>>Run>>> Highlight run, and then on the right pane, you will find the cmd.exe. If you can't find it, just double click each of them until you find it, then delete the string with the path. That's it!!!!
