Hi all,
Everytime I start Windows 2000, cmd.exe pops up automatically every 5 seconds or so. Also an error pops up regarding svchost.exe. I ran antivirus multiple times and it can't find anything. Any suggestions.

Look through your Event Viewer log files to see what's erroring out. Sounds like a service isn't starting up...
