Comment: I get this popup error when I try to run cmd.exe (command line) in Win2K Pro. Running Svc Pack2. I tired useing last known good config with no luck. Any ideas? Reply: (edit)Following your error code. I found this registry entry, for my VDD. Perhaps you can compare yours to it. Of course the "---" are to make sure this sites code didn't run everything together. VDD------REG_MULTI_SZ-----C:\PROGRA~1\Symantec\S32EVNT1.DLL

Reply: (edit)Hi, In Win2K, the command prompt is "cmd.exe". I see the string "command.exe" in the message. In Win9x, it's command.exe. Did you really run cmd.exe or command.exe? How did you run it? Start->Run... and type "cmd"? I think command.exe doesn't run on Win2K. Regards, Dai
