Hi
I have a Windows 2000 machine I wish to clear the previous documents from displaying when I go to start/documents. In Windows 98 I just delete the content in the recent folder but can't seem to see where the recent files are stored in Windows 2000

Probelm with John Middleton's first suggestion: if your profiles aren't under Documents and Settings, then this won't work. This is often the case if you upgraded your machine from Windows NT 4 (the path will then, by default, be C:\WINNT\PROFILES)
The path %USERPROFILE%\Recent will always point to the right folder (and is shorter to type too!!)
