Every time I boot my PC windows starts to check for disk inconsistency, but never finds any problems. I think it must be a setting in BIOS, but I haven't been able to find it so far.
The processor is a AMD 1.2 Duron

I hope that someone can help me.

Many thanks, Jette

This happens when your computer hasn't been restarted or shut down in the proper way. If you use shut down to restart shut down this problem should not occur.
