How can I check how much of my bandwith I am using up? I am trying to troubleshoot an internet problem with a company website and they said it could be related to bandwith (if we are using 90% or more of our current bandwith when accessing their site). I don't believe this is true because I think that we have more than enough, but I want to give him the benefit of a doubt. I have an ISA Firewall server, would this be checked on this server? (And How?)

And Which server would I check do this on? (I have 4 Win2K Server, 1 PDC, 1 Exchange, 1 Data Server, 1 ISA Firewall) As always thanks for your help.
