If I get another drive, will it be possible for Win2K to use the other drive for the Virtual Memory. This should increase performance, considering the 2nd HD won't be accessed as much. Is it also possible to use the ENTIRE 2nd HD if it's like small, like 2GB or something? I was thinking of getting an old 6.4GB HD and using 1 or 2GB for the swap file.

It is possible but if you make your swap file (page) that large, accessing virtual memory will take much longer. Depending on your normal apps you run, locate your pagefile on the 2nd HDD (7500rpm drive or better.) Even with high demand 3d games you wont need more than 1ghz of pagefile

Gotta love all the bad advice around here.
Large swap files do not decrease performance.
If you have enough RAM, say 256 MB, you won't need much of a swap file at all. Maybe 256-512 MB
You'll get better performance from more RAM and a slow HDU than just a fast HDU.
What's a 7500 RPM drive, and what's a 1ghz pagefile? I think you mean 7200 RPM and 1 GB, which is huge for a swap file.
Yes, you can easily move the swap file from one drive to another, and yes, it will help performance. The procedure is in the help files. Make sure you set the original to zero instead of just creating a second swap file.
