OKWALA!!!!
Please anyone!!!

To my knowledge you can't select multiple users and change the properties of those user in win2k, but whi i would advice is to create and configure one user then copy it to the others. This if i understood your problem right. Let me now.

I miss that too in Win2k, it was so usefull in NT. There are a few ways you can do it
Create a bunch of different scripts doing what you need it to do for each group of users
1) find a copy of usrmgr.exe from an NT4 server and copy it to the wk server (I think that this works) and you should be able to do a multiple select.
2) Use net users command and create a batch script to edit the script section of the user profile. There is an article on the MS knolwedgebase somewhere on switches you need to use.
3) The proper way is to do it is to create an OU for each group of users and assign a GPO for each group. Within the GPO assign the correct logon script for each set of users.

usrmgr.exe works ferfectly !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
thanks DAVE
copy it to the win2000 server's desktop open it and select all the users great!!!
