Start, Settings, Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Computer Management, scroll down to Storage, then click Disk Management. On the right hand side, below, you will see the current disks and their letters. Right click on the shaded part and you will be given the opportunity to change the letter. You might have to change to a different letter if the one you want is in use. That is if you have C and D, and you want to swap them around, you cannot change C to D straight away. You will need to change C to E, then D to C, and then E to D. I hope you follow my drift.

Or, right-click My Computer and select Manage. Then click Disk Management. Maximize the window. Now right-click any drives you would like to change the drive letters of and select "Change Drive Letters and Paths..."
James ;)

You won't be able to change the system/boot drive letter (normally C) - for what I hope is an obvious reason. Also, registry paths & shortcuts for installed software on the changed drive(s) won't be updated.
