I am trying to change the display name for one of the user on our network. Her original profile had her first name as Miha and now we need to change it to Mihaela. It should not change her alias because her alias is her first initail and then last name. I managed to change her name on the global address book and everything else by changing her name in the Active Directory on the Server, but when she sends email it still says Miha. Can anyone help me?

I assume she is using Outlook or another Mail app as her front end.

She needs to change her name in the Account settings within her email client.

ie: For Outlook 2000

Tools > Accounts
Highlight the account you want to alter and press Prpoerties.
Under "User Information" change the Name as needed...

Hope that was the answer you needed. (Assuming she is not accessing her email from a web client.)
