I cannot play audio cds from my cdrom drive as I dont have an audio cable to connect. Is there anyway other way of playing audio cds on my computer with out the audio cable. i dont want to convert them to mp3 everytime i play audio cd. Could anyone suggest me? Thanks in advance.

just plug your speakers in the headphone plug in the front of your cdrom. use the volume there too. (i hope you have amplified speaks or else it will be very quite)

You don't need an audio cable if your PC is pretty new. ie supports PCI 2.2. Go to Device Manager and double clisk your CD drive. In the properties tab place a check in the "Enable digital CD audio....."
