canīt see shared folders with win98

If iīm using win98 and try to access a shared folder on a computer with win2000 he shows "\\win2000\IPC$" asks for a password witch i donīt know. The share folder is "C:\network" Ps: i have FAt32

You need to create a user account on the 2000 machine for the 98 PC. Use the exact same username/password combo used to log onto he 98 PC at bootup to create the account. Once you've done that, you'll be able to connect without being prompted for a password.

Iīm manage to connect but i add to enable the guest account ,when i use the user name to connect it does not work Thanks

You have to add that username to the file and share permissions. Disable the Guest account. It's a security hole.
