I got infected by the "About:Blank" adware. I've successfully removed it but now none of my 16-bit apps will load. I keep getting a message that says:

"C:\winnt\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate the application."

I've obviously deleted something in the adware removal process that I still need. I noticed that in the system 32 directory, there is a new file named "wowexec.exe" created on the exact same date that I got infected. Funny thing is, there's still the original "wowexec.exe" in the same directory.

I need help. Any ideas?
