Can't print in landscape with 2K drivers

I recently replaced my NT print server with a 2K print server. The printer queues are named exactly the same and I'm using the latest drivers from manufacturer so that NT and 2K clients can download the drivers from server and print. But now I can't print in landscape in word or excel. any ideas??
We had the same problem at our company. In addition to not being able to print landscape, we couldn't print from the lower paper tray. It turned out that the universal drivers didn't work the way the manufacture wanted them to. The alternative was to load the drivers localy instead of using the universal driver from the network. if you have a Win2k machine, load the driver for Win2k localy. If you have NT, load the NT driver localy.
PS. We are using HP printers. I assume you are too?
