When logging in as normal user the error massage "Can't open WinNT service control manager" appears. After closing the window everything seems to work fine. This error message does not appear when logged in as Administrator. It is a new and clean install of Windows 2000 pro with sp 1-3, no anti-virus programs are running or installed.
