Cant open pages in IE

CPU/Ram: P4 2.4/512

I rent a dedicated box from a company and for some reason can no longer open web pages in IE, but i have full connection to the internet. Any ideas? Servers doesent use a proxy. Maybe i disabled a service that is needed? any suggestions help thanks

I run a website off the box, and 2 game servers and the error is The page cannot be displayed.
