Can't open iis manager

I have installed IIS in windows 2000, when i try to open the manager i get the message
rtlcapturecontext could not be found in dynamic link library ntdll.dll
When i try to open iis.msc I get the message MMC can not open the seleced file.

How can i fix this proble?
