CPU/Ram: pentium celeron
Model/Manufacturer: Dell Inspiron 4000

I installed 64m of memory...went to turn in on...it started to load windows..then it stopped and a message said.....Windows 2000 can not load because of a software error...loader error 3????????????What dose that mean?? I'm really confused. I can get in the set up..but nothing I do helps same when i press f8 and try different start-up modes. Anybody know how to fix this?? HELP

accoriding the the hundreds of search results on the error, this is mainley caused by a corrupt sector on your HD. Run a checkdisk w/repair and try it again. If further problems persist, google the erro message you supplied as there are tons of articles on it
