I can't launch programs from the desktop or from the start menu. Going from run works fine. When I try to load from the desktop, nothing happens, and when I try to load from the start menu, I get a Windows Explorer error box that says "Unable to run this command." This problem started today while my computer was on; that is, I had it on and it was working, then I left for a few hours, and when I came back it was like this. I killed&restarted explorer, rebooted the machine, same problem. Task manager shows the regular minimal CPU & Ram usage, and there's nothing suspicious in the processes. I updated antivirus this morning and ran a check; it came up empty. Any ideas?
