can't install anything

OS: win 2k pro
CPU/Ram: t-bird 1.2 gig 388meg ddr
Comment:

Cleaned up my disk. Now I can't install anything. I get the "administrator has set policies to prevent this installation." I log in as admin, and get the same message. MSI error, settings or what??

Only advice is to reinstall, without me looking at it....

If you want, email me and I will give you the wipe.exe that really cleans your hard drive before you reinstall.

Be sure to put "Wipe.exe" in the subject.
