My Windows 2000 computer over here at work only has limited fonts installed
so I went home to compose an html page on my windows 98 SE machine where part of the html page uses the "Braodway BT" type font
When I view the html page through my browser at home, the Broadway font displays finewhen I come back here to work, the Broadway font is lost and the html page is displayed using the same plain old fonts
so I downloaded the Broadway font and stuck it in my WINNT\Fonts path and I can successfully compose MS Word documents using the font but the damm browser still won't display it
The closest I can come is in I.E. Tools\Internet Options\Fonts but then when I select Broadway, the whole f'n page is displayed using the Broadway font
no one else here thinks that it's actually possible to display an html page using the fonts specified in the html code, why is this so difficult
any help is greatly appreciated,
-MC

I think the problem is that you copied the font. They have to be installed. From the Control Panel Double click the applet "Fonts", Then File>Install new font and point to where the fonts are. This way they will be registered and IE will now about them.
Good luck.
