I had been logging on to a member server with the domain admin account. The profile became corrupted. Next, I logged on with the local admin account and tried to delete the domain admin user profile. I receive the following error message:
Cannot delete usrclass.dat: There has been a sharing vilation. The source or destination file may be in use.

Something didn't close right and a process is still running or a registry key is being held open. Easiest solution is to reboot the machine and log in under a different account and you should be able to delete that corrupted user profile.

Otherwise you'll have to figure out which process is still being held open and kill it. Try the Task Manager and maybe it'll be an easy spot. I'm pretty sure there's another way to locate the process and kill it, but I'm drawing a big blank right now...
