I also burned it on some cd and when i copy it from cd to disk i can't delete it and now i have two same 650 mb movie files on my disk.
I know there is a patch for xp but it only works for xp. Is there also a patch for windows 2000 or can i fix it wits something else ?

You don't need a patch, you need to turn thumbnail/webview off for that folder. The reason the file won't delete is that media player has got hold of it to display its mini-player on the left of the window. Simplest way is to pop up a command prompt window, navigate to the folder and delete from there.
