Comment:

A hacker placed files on my server before I blocked the FTP port. However, I can't delete the folders. I have tried deleting through a command line but keep getting "access denied". I've also done a search on the Registry and have had no luck.

Any suggestions out there?

You may need to use the Emergency Repair Disks to get to the Repair Console.

Use the disks to boot the computer. After you get to the Repair Console, you'll have an opportunity to access the files on you computer and delete whatever you need to.
