Can't browse to ANY antivirus sites

This is very strange. I have one of my clients PCs which cannot browse to ANY antvirus websites, (SARC, MCAFEE, SOPHOS, etc...)! I have looked high and low for any info on this issue...NOTHING! I have spoken to all of the above mentioned AV companies, but they could not help me. The HD has been removed and scanned on another PC, but comes up as clean. I can't brlieve there is not one other person out there who has been through this

Belive it or not, it happened to me last week...

Couldn't find anything on the issue...

Fixed it by recycling my router...turn the sucker off then back on again...

It worked and I have no idea why...

Also regarding the JET***.tmp files. They're gone and no they didn't have anything to do with my HP printer or print services. I thought the same thing and deleted my printers and my print services and the files were still here. Seems they went away after I stopped NetBios.
